A Psychoeducation Workshop

We say it when she walks in the room — put together, polished, capable. 

She says it when someone asks how she's doing — I'm fine.

But fine is a mask-- a costume hiding the real. Underneath it? She is exhausted in ways she doesn't have words for yet.

In 90 minutes we are going to do something most wellness spaces never invite you to do — look at your actual numbers, understand what your body has been carrying, and finally get honest about why the affirmations and the breathwork and the boundary setting work sometimes and fall apart the rest of the time.

This is not a motivation session. This is a reckoning — gentle, informed, and yours.

You will leave with your baseline, your clarity, and the beginning of something that has been waiting for you.
